DEK Blauwestad respects your privacy. This policy explains which personal data we collect, why, and how we protect it.

1. What data do we collect?

Name, email and phone number (via the booking form)
Booking details: product, date, time slot, quantity
Payment data (Stripe processes this securely; we do not store card details)

2. Why do we collect it?

To confirm and fulfil your booking
To inform you of changes or bad weather
To issue an invoice
To meet our legal record-keeping duties

3. Do we share your data?

We only share your data with third parties necessary to fulfil your booking:

Stripe — for secure online payments. See also Stripe's privacy policy.

4. Retention period

We retain booking data for 7 years from the booking year, in line with statutory financial record-keeping (Dutch tax authority). After that, data is securely destroyed.

5. Your rights

You have the right to:

Access your data
Correct inaccurate data
Have your data deleted (where legally permitted)
Object to processing

6. Cookies

This website only uses functional cookies that are necessary for correct operation (e.g. remembering your language). We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.

7. Security

We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against loss, misuse or unauthorised access. The site uses HTTPS/SSL.
